At Dinner Table, we believe strong families create strong futures. That starts with respect, responsibility, and integrity—not just at home, but in our community as well. This Code of Conduct outlines how we expect all members, coaches, and partners to interact within our ecosystem.
Our Guiding Principles
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and value-driven space for families. Whether you're engaging in our online community, attending live events, or participating in workshops, we ask that you embody these core values:
Respect for all voices and viewpoints
Integrity in actions, communication, and feedback
Responsibility for your words and the example you set
Growth through open-mindedness and healthy challenge
Community over competition
Expected Behavior
All participants are expected to:
Treat others with kindness and dignity
Speak and share from personal experience—avoid generalizations or judgments
Be supportive, especially of parents on different stages of the journey
Keep discussion threads relevant and helpful
Offer constructive feedback, not criticism
Respect boundaries, privacy, and differing parenting approaches
Uphold the purpose of this community: empowering families and building generational value
Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
Disrespectful or dismissive comments
Profanity or intentionally offensive language
Sharing someone else’s personal information without consent
Spam, solicitation, or off-topic promotion
Disrupting conversations or derailing community calls
Inappropriate content in any form (written, visual, or verbal)
Community Engagement Etiquette
Show Up to Give, Not Just Get
We grow by lifting others. Share wins, support struggles, and celebrate breakthroughs.
Facilitate Connection
Our events (in-person or virtual) are for families to connect with each other—not to passively consume content. Encourage dialogue, not monologue.
Honor the Space
Whether in our Go Collab community, Slack channels, live calls, or coaching groups—model the same respect you'd want your child to receive.
Reporting Concerns
If you observe behavior that violates this code:
Reach out via our community channels or email [email protected]
Reports are kept confidential and are reviewed promptly by our community team
We may follow up with both parties to resolve concerns with fairness and empathy
Consequences
Violations may result in:
A private warning or coaching conversation
Temporary community suspension
Permanent removal from groups, events, or coaching spaces
Revocation of membership without refund in severe cases
Final Note
By participating in any Dinner Table community space—online or in person—you agree to this Code of Conduct and help uphold a culture that reflects the values we aim to teach our children.
Let’s be the kind of people our kids can look up to.
